Dresden Plate, variable lengths up to 12" long, 36° - 6785
Uses a 10" x 15" cutting mat (2015) INCLUDED !
This is engraved in 1" increments from the base, 0", 1" ... and along to 12" with the idea being that if you are cutting from a straight wide strip, you line up the edges of the fabric at the length you want...or if you want a bigger circle in the middle.. you can move the fabric up to wherever you want. You then to mark at the lines you want, ie, 1" start to 11½" finish if you cut the strips at 10½" wide. One may individualise by using a permanent marker for your favourite length of Dresden plate. Alternatively, lay the fabric at whichever length you want, and have it overlap the zero a tiny bit.
The die needs a cutter that can use at least a 10" wide die.
At last, an Australian made cutting die. Cuts 6 layers of 100% cotton (recommended), although it can cut 8 layers occasionally.
In some roller or press machines, with a non adjustable opening, an excellent shim can be achieved by using two of our mats underneath the die and one on top as it goes through the rollers, and then they can be used to replace older mats as they wear.
Made right here in Australia with state of the art machinery. All materials used are of the highest quality. Our own brand of cutting mat is made in Victoria, to our specifications and has been quality tested. They are interchangeable with other plastic cutting mats.
We give a 1 year replacement warranty, and guarantee our workmanship.
